30 Second Promo

It’s a common misconception that short-form Ads and Promos are incredibly well planned and scripted. This promo is a perfect example of that not being the case. We only had 2 episodes of Wogan's 80s show to plunder shots from and a few hours to work out how Wogan now and Wogan then could interact as shooting commenced with the following day.

We did some good old fashioned shuffling bits of paper around on the floor to work out some possible script scenarios and shooting angles. In the end Terry pulled off some nice bits of improv that worked well too.
